Return Policy
At Lilah Grace Boutique, we want you to love every purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange for eligible items.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be free of odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, stains, or other signs of wear.
Store Credit & Exchanges
Eligible returns will receive store credit in the form of a gift card or may be exchanged for another size or item (subject to availability).
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we made an error with your order.
Final Sale
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Preorders
- Sale and clearance items
- Gift cards
- Accessories (including hats, jewelry, hair accessories, and similar items)
- Intimates and bodysuits
- Any item marked Final Sale
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
